Located in South Knoxville on a working 60 acre cattle farm. This fully remodeled and updated 3 bedroom and 2 bath house sleeps up to 10 people. Come enjoy beautiful East Tennessee on a real farm where there are endless mountain views, farming, peace and quiet, literally something for everyone! Enjoy a cup of joe on the front porch while watching the cows graze, birds chirp, or squirrels playing in the front yard. Centrally located to several area attractions such as downtown Knoxville, Neyland Stadium, Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, McGee Tyson Airport, Knoxville Zoo and many many more.

This was a trip for the grandchildren ages 3 and 6. Even though it had rained a monsoon and was muddy, they loved the farm scene--all the animals and even the "poop" and mud! We took their rubber boots so they were hog heaven. My grandson, age 6 said that if it had more TV's it would be perfect. We loved the large living area where we could talk and watch the children play. They loved all the little chairs and tables and created their own eating area. I would answer "yes" to all the review tips and guidelines--and would recommend this property to any family group that wanted to chill and appease the children. We went to the zoo and shopping, cooked in and ate out.

Just wanted to say hi and let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your place before Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place for us and an easy drive for my dad and brother to come join us. The girls loved Macy and the cows, calves, goats and chickens!!

Wonderful for our two families!

My husband and I met our daughter & son-in-law and their two children here on Sept. 28th.
. We were looking for a place where my grandaughter (age 4) and grandson (1) would be able to run & play and a place that would be spacious enough for all of us. The Price family farm was perfect. The house was neat & clean. The grandchildren loved going near the barn to see the goats, chickens and cows. The location was great also. It is about a 15-20 minute drive from University of Tennessee which is where we took a train ride on the Three Rivers Rambler. Would
recommend staying here.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
