This 3 Bedroom 1 bath condo is brand new construction. In the best neighborhood in San Francisco, the condo is one block to Union Street, four blocks to Chestnut Street, and within walking distance to everything the city has to offer. Parking permit included with easy street parking.
This condo is brand new, bright, quiet, and equipped with everything you'll need for your stay.
It is NEW construction, just completed this spring, with the highest level of finishes. It features three bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen sized bed, second bedroom with two twin sized beds, and a third bedroom with a full sized bed. Sleeping for 6. (Pack and Play also available for tots)
The luxe modern kitchen includes all cookware, dishes, cups, toaster, coffee maker etc.
The 55' HDTV includes all cable channels, including HBO and Showtime, and has a connected blue ray player. Free Wifi is available throughout the condo as well.
The condo is steps away from Union Street with restaurants, shops, and public transportation a block away. The best feature is that we are in a FLAT area!! A small grocery store is immediately across the street...including Wine!, food, beer and liquor, snacks, deli sandwiches, personal and household staples, etc. Starbucks and La Boulange Bakery are a block away for morning and afternoon treats. Tons of fantastic restaurants, for all budgets and tastes, are within walking distance.
You are within a 5 minute walk to Chestnut Street (more shops and restaurants) and 10 minutes to the water. San Francisco's best spots (Lombard Street, Crissy Field, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, etc) are within walking distance or a quick bus ride.
Our family moved to San Francisco from NYC in 2012 and immediately took on a major house renovation project. We reconstructed a 2 unit building in Pacific Heights/Cow Hollow and are enjoying discovering the city and surrounding areas. Most of all we love sharing those experiences with visiting friends and families.

Great place to stay for a family of 5. Convenient to local transport, shops, supermarket, restaurants. Clean and tidy. Parking was a little challenging but, as warned, watch out for street cleaning days (I have a ticket to pay). Also easy access to all top tourist spots.
The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, spacious and with all the equipment and facilities you would need. It is very well located, one block from Union Street and within easy walking distance to the Fishermans Wharf area. Close enough for public transport to Downtown areas (although we found Uber Taxis very convenient and reliable. The owner, Su Li, was extremely helpful, both with pre arrival information and during a widespread power outage on our last day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this great apartment.
We were a family of five and there was enough room for all of us.
Great location, walking distance to shops, cafes and attractions. We had a car and never had trouble finding a park within 100 yards.

Gorgeous condo flat in the Cow Hollow area of San Fran - just as advertised. The space was immaculate and had beautiful amenities. Quick shot to downtown and local tourist attractions. I would recommend this spot to all those visiting SF who are looking to house a good amount of people for the right price.
The condo is newly renovated, beautiful, and very well maintained. Very good location. If you are traveling with a car, a parking pass is provided. Otherwise you can easily walk to restaurants, groceries, public transportation. If there is anything you need Su is happy to assist. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!
The condo was perfect for our family getaway - with 2 kids and 2 teens! Great jumping off spot to tour the whole city!

Centrally located and walking distance to all the tourist spots. One block from Union Street shops/restaurants. Short walking distance to Marina, Crissy Field/Presidio, Fort Mason, Palace of Fine Arts, Trolley Rides, Lombard Street, Chestnut and Polk Streets. One block from public transportation (or take a long walk) to Fisherman's Wharf, China Town, Union Square, Embarcadero, etc.
