WOW! Better than expected

If you're looking for privacy, cleanliness and GREAT owners, look no further. This house has it all. Private beach, private dock, private boat launch and a clean house. What more could you want? It's in a gated community with million $$ homes, and it's the very last house in the community, which means only one neighboring house, and it was at least 200 feet away! We were completely secluded. Yes, it's a manufactured home, but when you're at the river, you're there for the water!!! The house was the perfect size, well appointed and CLEAN! The pictures don't do it justice. The private beach was great for the kids, as it has breakwaters on both sides, which keeps the waves down from passing boats. The Palapa was the icing on the cake. It's 15' in diameter, with power and lighting! We'd sit there and watch the sunsets every night. It was perfect! Brenda and Josh (the owners) were AMAZING! We got our truck stuck when we launched our boat, and Josh came right over to tow us out. The glass patio table blew over and broke, and Josh and Brenda replaced it the next day. There was no DVD player for the kids, and they went out and bought us one! Talk about customer service! I can't say enough good things about our stay. If you're going to the river and want privacy and convienence, you won't be disappointed. We will be back for sure!!! Thanks again Brenda and Josh!!! We were honored to be your "first" lol!!
