The impressive property recently constructed with local stone is approached along a 100m oleander and hibiscus lined driveway through remotely controlled gates. The oak doors lead into a hallway with views through to the rear south facing garden and dramatic multi stemmed olive tree that is arguably one of the oldest such trees on the island. From the moment that you step over the threshold onto the polished travertine floors, the feeling of luxury exudes. A comfortable sitting room with dining area opens out onto the gardens, verandahs, porches and 15m heated pool. The sleek kitchen with island breakfast bar houses all the most up to date appliances for the keen cook. The whole property benefits from underfloor heating and air conditioning. Downstairs, one of the ensuite bedrooms caters for the disabled guest whilst upstairs each of the four ensuite bedrooms is themed in its own individual style. Of added benefit is the satellite TV system and ADSL internet access.

The property is located close to the popular town of Santanyi and Ca's Concos in the south east of Mallorca. It is only a 45 minute drive from the airport in Palma and the tranquil coves and renowned beaches in the unspoilt south and east of the island are only a 10-15 minute drive away. There are golf facilities available at the renowned Val d'Or golf course that is only a 15 minute drive away and tennis courts are available in Cala d'Or. Mooring facilities are available locally in the marina at Cala d'Or or Porto Petro. Local produce can be purchased in the village of Ca's Concos where several internationally renowned restaurants are located. Larger supermarkets are located in Felanitx, Cala d'Or and Santanyi. The markets of Santanyi (Wednesday and Saturday) and Felanitx (Sunday) are only a short drive away.

  • Changeover day is usually a Saturday although for longer rentals this can be re-arranged by agreement
