We spend our vacations here because we love the peace, friendly community and wonderful access to the natural private beach front overlooking Boca Ciega Bay.

The property is spacious, bright and clean and located just steps away from the Beach Pool,Tennis Courts and Park area. We are also lucky enough to have a private gate giving entry to the Clam Bayou Nature Preserve.

This small waterfront community resort overlooking Boca Ciega Bay offers an intimate setting to unwind and spend quality time with your loved one, family and friends. You can play hard, have fun or if you prefer sit quietly under shady trees with a good book. We guarantee, you won't be disappointed with the spectacular sunsets from the private beach. If you are lucky enough, you might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming close enough to the shore that you can almost touch them.

This home is more than a typical condo and provides you with a homely feel where you can relax and chill. A two bedroom home each with bath/shower ensuit and half bathroom on the ground floor. A formal dining and sitting area provide the space and comfort for special occasion dinners. Our fully equipped galley kitchen overlooks the Florida room leading to the screened patio area. With 2 cable TV’s, complementary use of our washer/dryer and for our guests wanting to stay longer than a few weeks we have laundry facilities on the premises.
