The apartment has 1 double bedroom. Very large open plan lounge diner with modern fitted kitchen area & sofa bed leading out onto private terrace with barbecue & lighting for romantic evenings. All overlooking gardens & a large ancient pear orchard. Separate modern shower room. Additional separate en suite double bedroom available at small extra charge bringing party to 6 9 X 4 pool in secured area with spacious terracing for lounging. Table tennis & petang court. Just 3 kms from Ancient bastide village of Prayssas which has a baker, butcher, grocer store, 2 bars & 2 restaurants.

Prayssas is situated in the hills between the rivers Lot & Garonne. This is the region of fruit & Wine & in July a mass of bright yellow sunflowers. It's also a region steeped in History, the hundred years war began here in nearby St Sardos. Culture also features highly with art galleries & music festivals (many free) catering for all tastes in Agen & Villeneuve sur lot as well as in the character villages. Agen is the capital of the region & is excellent for shopping, culture, sport or just people watching from the many outdoor bars & cafes There are many bastide villages & towns to visit & during July & August they hold weekly night markets with outdoor dining & music. Prayssas holds there's on Wednesday evenings. There are several riverside beaches nearby at Castelmoron, Clairac & Aiguillion. Boats are available for hire locally. Take a trip along the canal & follow in Rick Steins footsteps starting at nearby Buzet, Damazan or Nerac. Horseriding & golf available locally.
