My name is Marcela, I am argentinian and work in Buenos Aires as property manager for foreign owners. I bought this apartment in 1994 and lived there for 8 years. I fell in love of this unique place, silent and sunny, in the middle of downtown, of the balcony which reminds me Gotham City, and the atmosphere given by noble materials and old time's details.

Live in a Castle in Downtown for the price of an Studio in Recoleta.
Aside from a safe and secure environment, the character of this penthouse apartment provided us with a good feeling of living in it. With the exception of one plumbing issue, we were very happy to be there. Its beauty, spaciousness, and general functionally played an important part in our enjoying down town Buenos Aires. The apt. manager was very responsive to all of our concerns or requests - unfortunately, the plumbers were slow moving. For the apt., I would suggest a small investment in two non-stick pans for the kitchen and a couple plastic lounge chairs for the balcony. This was a great inner city place to stay!
My son and I took our first trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina in December. We arrived on December 19 and were greeted by taxi driver who took us directly to the apartment downtown. Once there, we were warmly greeted by the landlady and the doorman. We had no idea it was on the 7th floor, but it has an awesome elevator. The apartment is just as advertised, with two bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer, there is plenty of room to spread out. My son enjoyed hanging out in the balcony, which runs the entire length on the front face of the building. There is even a laundry room! We liked the location, centrally located just a block off of Calle Florida. Being on the 7th floor was great, we had views of the street below. The landlady was helpful and gave us useful advise. We really enjoyed our stay, we would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits to Buenos Aires.
