* A 2 bedroom cottage, sleeps 5. * Spacious living area with views over Brixham harbour. * Just a minutes walk away from the town centre and harbour. * Lots of character including beams and a winding staircase. * Please note: Due to the steep stairs this property is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties or children under 5 A traditional fisherman's cottage set over three floors and situated just a minutes walk from Brixham's picturesque harbour and town centre. The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious lounge on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina. The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and wifi. Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide variety of activities taking place.
