Oldway View is a large detached split level family house situated close to the shops and seafront in Preston, Paignton. It has been greatly extended and modernised throughout and benefits from two living areas, a large garden with patio area for BBQs, a pool table in the garden shed and ample parking for up to 6 cars. The house is perfect for a family holiday with safe bathing close by, beachside cafes and local shops just a 5 minute walk away. Paignton town centre is a 10 minute walk away and is one of the most popular destinations for families within the English Riviera. There is a host of attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, pier and beautiful golden sands that will keep the whole family fulfilled!

The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove. Whatever your holiday preferences, Paignton will meet and exceed your needs. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide variety of activities taking place.
