* A 2 bedroom end of terrace house, sleeps 4. * Large decked sun terrace, ideal for alfresco dining. * 15 minutes walk to the town centre and harbour. * Close to Battery Gardens and Fishcombe Cove. * Parking for 1 car. A two bedroom end of terrace house situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of Brixham with parking for 1 car on a private driveway. It is just ten minutes walk away from Battery Gardens, a very pretty park with gardens which lead you through a wood to Fishcombe Cove and the coastal path. The town centre and Harbour are only a fifteen minute walk away. The main feature of the property are the French windows in the sitting room, which open onto a large decked sun terrace, ideal for relaxing in the sun and alfresco dining.

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.
