* A 3 bedroom cottage, sleeps 6. * Small patio large enough for a table and chairs to enjoy the view. * Small rear courtyard. * Parking permit included for nearby car park. Skerrie Cottage is a comfortable property conveniently situated close to Brixham town centre and harbour. There are beautiful views from the front of the property and the front patio provides a lovely place to sit and enjoy these. The property is laid out over 3 floors and has retained a great deal of the original character and charm. There is a small patio at the front, large enough for a table and chairs to enjoy the view. At the rear there is a tiny courtyard. A parking permit is provided for the nearby council-owned car park. Brixham is fast becoming one of the South West’s upmarket resorts, and has embraced café society to the full. Just walk along the harbour and see all the people sitting outside dining while watching the boats on the water.

Brixham: Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.
