Robbyn's Nest is a three storey, 5 bedroom large Victorian town house that has been decorated to a high standard, yet retains many original features with a mixture of contemporary and traditional furniture. There is also a games room in basement with pool table. With its boating lake and quad bikes, is opposite the property and it is just a minute’s walk to Goodrington Sands beach, with its safe bathing, seashore activities in the Seashore Centre and Quay West Water Park. It is also walking distance to Paignton town centre, with its shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, cinema and pier. This property also benefits from a parking space.

It has much to offer for the younger guest as well as the beaches, as well as the young at heart. The award winning Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark and The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway are all based locally, while Paignton Pier and Youngs Park offer a variety of fun activities. The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove. Whatever your holiday preferences, Paignton will meet and exceed your needs. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.
