With Bude’s award winning beaches and the sweeping North Cornwall coast within 10 minutes, plus the Ruby Country’s walking, cycling, horse riding and fishing on the doorstep, Glebe House is the perfect location for couples and families alike. The property is child friendly with few ornaments to knock over, a stair gate and a limited babysitting service is available during the summer months. The cottages are set in 5 acres of formal gardens and established woodland where children can explore and adults can find their own quiet spot. Holsworthy is situated about 20 minutes from the picturesque Victorian seaside resort of Bude, Holsworthy is an historic market town with hundreds of years of history. Most of the towns’ activity centers around the town square where you will find pannier markets, cattle markets, antique and craft fairs and a selection of national and local shops. There are is a good selection of restaurants and café’s many of which feature delicious local produce. There are also a number of traditional pubs and inns where you can relax after a day out exploring. Situated in-land the area boasts a close proximity to the wonderful ‘Ruby Country’ where visitors will find an area of undiscovered peace and tranquility. It is rural Britain at its best and contains some of the country’s most beautiful scenery. Eight circular walks, ranging from one to seven miles, have been opened across the area.
