* A 1 bedroom bungalow annex, sleeps 2/3. * Small garden with seating. * Contemporary neutral furnishings. * Close to Brixham and Kingswear. * Off road parking. A 1 bedroom annex to a bungalow situated just 2 miles from the centre of Brixham town centre and harbour. The property has been decorated and furnished in a neutral and contemporary style and has a small garden to sit out in and off street parking. A cot and high chair are provided for younger guests. The property is situated in a quiet secluded spot however there is a regular bus service that will take you to Brixham and Kingswear. This property accepts small dogs.

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide variety of activities taking place.
