The superb sitting room offers a graceful, Victorian fireplace with stunning, marble surround. The modern kitchen leads through patio doors onto the courtyard garden with patio furniture and BBQ. Just a 5 minute stroll from the property is the passenger ferry to Cremyll and Mount Edgcumbe which makes for a superb day out at Mount Edgcumbe House, a super local pub and breathtaking scenery. Also nearby is the Royal William Yard with superb views to Cremyll. Views to the sea.

Plymouth is a City steeped in a vast and rich history, and has been shaped by the events of the past. It has been the home to Colonial Adventurers, is the place where the Pilgrim Fathers departed from, and due to its naval heritage, was a primary target for bombers during the Second World War. In the 1086 Doomsday book, the area was recorded as “sudtone” (south farm), and over the years the farmland evolved into a fishing port around Sutton Harbour. Since then Plymouth has grown into a cosmopolitan city where an extraodinary blend of modern city chic meets with this historic seafaring port. There are several places of interest including The Hoe, The Mayflower Steps and The Barbican. You can also expect to find all the modern attractions of a thriving city including great shopping, fine restaurants, excellent theatres and a vibrant night life.
