Apartment 3, named Waters Edge, is a stunning ground floor apartment literally right at the edge of the sea. It opens out directly on to a private beach side terrace where you can dine alfresco and enjoy panoramic 180 degree views across Start Bay. The apartment benefits from allocated parking for one car. The apartments are situated in the middle of 3 miles of single beach where you will also find a cosy pub and cafes. Slapton Ley freshwater Nature Reserve is also close by and is perfect for spotting wildlife and birdwatching.

Probably the most famous resort and sailing centre in the South West, Salcombe is the Southern most town in the South Hams. The views Salcombe boasts are second to none and in the summer months is a haven of activity with sail boats, dinghies and yachts peppering the river. Shops include Musto, Jack Wills, White Stuff, fat face mixed in with independent galleries and boutiques. You are never far from refreshments with plenty of traditional pubs to choose from all within a few steps form the waters edge. There are 3 beautiful sandy beaches just across the river from Salcombe; East Portlemouth, North Sands and South Sands which can be access via regular ferries.
