Esplanade Court is a two storey block of holiday apartments built in a U shape around a landscaped garden with a heated swimming pool for the use of residents only. Set on a private road just off the main Esplanade, there is a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location. Paignton Green and beach are literally 2 minutes away, as is the town centre. No. 24 is a ground floor apartment sleeping 3/7.

Beach lovers are well catered for with 4 long stretches of sandy beach at Preston Sands, Paignton Beach, Goodrington Beach and Broadsands Beach, each offering safe bathing with care and many on-site facilities. Paignton has much to offer for the younger guest as well as the beaches, as well as the young at heart. The award winning Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark and The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway are all based locally, while Paignton Pier and Youngs Park offer a variety of fun activities. The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove. Whatever your holiday preferences, Paignton will meet and exceed your needs. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.

Doors lead to a small patio which is furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a full electric cooker with 4 hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The dining area has a pine table and 4 chairs. Designated parking space. Entrance is gained via a swipe card. Use of communal gardens and heated swimming pool. A short walk to sea front and town centre.
