A large three bedroom town house set over three floors with amazing views over Brixham Breakwater and across the bay from all rooms. The property makes for a perfect retreat being comfortably furnished with everything you could need whilst on holiday. The three large balconies from the living area and bedrooms provide ample space to sit and soak up the views. It has a close proximity to the Blue Flag Breakwater Beach, Shoalstone open air sea water pool and Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve. The Marina and town centre are also close by giving you easy access to all the towns amenities and attractions. There is a communal garden to the rear of the house.

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.

    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year.
    A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
