It is the ideal place to relax and watch the boats enter and leave the harbour whilst enjoying the high standard of internal décor throughout. Brixham centre is a few minute's leisurely walk along the water's edge, as is the Breakwater Beach in the other direction. 16 Moorings Reach is a 2 bedroom town house set in the second row of properties, affording it a degree of peace and tranquility whilst retaining the benefits of the view overlooking the marina and harbour. Brixham centre is a few minutes’ leisurely walk along the harbour to where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. Access is via a security gate where there is a designated parking space in front of property

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place

    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year.

Entertainment is provided by a 32' LCD digital TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 with games, radio/CD/player. A selection of DVDs, CDs, books and board games. The well appointed kitchen which features a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, double oven with gas hob and hood. Accessories include kettle, toaster, cafetiere, hand blender, chrome fruit bowl and range of utensils. From the kitchen there is a door giving you access to King Street, which runs behind the property and leads into the town centre - an ideal drop off point for shopping or for the less mobile. A washer and tumble dryer are to be found in the garage on the ground floor. The dining area contains a rectangular beech table with 6 chairs ornamented with a lovely glass vase with matching nightlight holders.
