The award winning Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark and The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway are all based locally, while Paignton Pier and Youngs Park offer a variety of fun activities. The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove. Whatever your holiday preferences, Paignton will meet and exceed your needs. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.

The dining area is situated within the living area. Dining table and four chairs. No. 16 is accessed via the left hand door as approached at the rear of the complex and is on the 1st floor which is accessible by stairs or a lift. Designated parking space. Stunning sea views from balcony area. A 10 minute walk along the seafront to the centre.
