Vista Apartments benefit from an elevated south facing position with superb views over Goodrington Park and Beach, across the bay towards Brixham. The sports and leisure amenities of Goodrington are right on your doorstep, whilst Paignton beach, harbour and town centre, with a range of shops, restaurants and attractions are a 15 minute walk away. Number 14 is a separate reverse level duplex apartment with 1 bedroom and beach views. At the bottom of the drive you will find the designated parking space and direct access onto the beach.

The award winning Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark and The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway are all based locally, while Paignton Pier and Youngs Park offer a variety of fun activities. The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove. Whatever your holiday preferences, Paignton will meet and exceed your needs. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide variety of activities taking place.

    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year.
    A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.

Notes: The living room is on the first floor. Patio doors lead onto the balcony area. A circular staircase takes you down to the lower area. A three seater sofa and 2 armchairs. Entertainment is provided by a TV with DVD player. The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge with a hatchway through. Here there is a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven with grill, gas hobs with hood over, kettle and toaster. A washer dryer is located in the boiler cupboard. Situated within the living area there is a round dining table with two fold up chairs. Number 14 is set by itself on the left hand side at the top of the driveway. Entrance is gained through a private front door up a staircase of six steps. Ground floor patio area and first floor balcony. Access to the park and beach via the driveway. Designated parking space at the bottom of the drive.
