* A 3 bedroom town house, sleeps 6. * Just a few minutes walk to the town and harbour. * Front terrace with patio furniture. A 3 bedroom, Victorian bay fronted house set on the hillside above Brixham harbour and benefits from views across the inner harbour and out to sea. The town centre and harbour are just a few minutes walk away. There are some wonderful walks with super bay views nearby at Battery Gardens and Fishcombe Cove. There are some unrestricted parking spaces near the property in Prospect Road. The house is approached by a flight of 14 steps to a front terraced area.

Brixham Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.

    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year.
    A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
