Sunhill is a collection of luxury apartments overlooking Goodrington Sands, one of Torbay’s Blue Flag beaches. This wide expanse of sand is ideal for children and watersports, or a pleasant evening stoll. The apartment also overlooks Youngs Park, Quaywest Water Park and the steam railway. Paignton, with its harbour, beach and town centre full of shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. No. 1 has been decorated to a high standard in contemporary, neutral colours. Outside there is a balcony with a garden seat which overlooks the beach and park and catches the sun all day long.

The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove. Whatever your holiday preferences, Paignton will meet and exceed your needs. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.
