Both bedrooms are en-suite. The master suite has a king bed and the guest suite has a queen bed. The furnishings are all new and of exceptional quality.
Enjoy your ocean views from the leather sofas in the great room and watch TV on a 50' LED flat screen. There is an i-Pod dock, surround sound and of course, Hi-speed Wi-Fi internet service. There is a second LED flat screen TV in the Master suite.
The kitchen features new Hi-end stainless appliances and all of the cookware, dishes and cutlery you could want.
The bathrooms feature beautiful granite vanities, tubs with showers and each come with bath towels, beach towels and hair blowers.
You have your own utility room with washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron.
This home as been decorated with attention to detail as well as anticipating your every need.
We bought the property for our retirement. My husband is an Engineer and I am
a Psychologist. Both born in Canada and traveled to Costa Rica because we had
heard so many positive aspects of the country. It is the most stable and longest
running democracy in Central America. The people are kind and have a friendly outlook
toward foreigners. We would be so happy to share our lovely home with guests and hope
they come to love Tamarindo as much as we do.

It is high quality and low maintenance with one of the best views in town. We are so close to everything that it makes a car unnecessary.
We get all of the benefits of our own home yet access to all of the amenities of the Tamarindo Diria Resort.
Our family of four (children 9 and 11yrs old) decided to travel for Thanksgiving. After researching various rentals - we settled on this condominium. It was fantastic. I always worry that accommodations won't be as presented - but these were great. Excellent space. Lovely bathrooms. Wonderful view from balcony. Beautiful pool on property. Joel - our property contact ensured that our transportation to and from the airport was in place. He also met us on arrival at the condo and provided wonderful details about local food markets, restaurants, and other resources. The beds were a little firm in my opinion -- but that's a small point of preference. The linens, towels and pillows were plentiful and clean. We made use of the barbecue grill on the balcony. We would recommend The Patagonia restaurant and The Surf Shack restaurants and the brick oven pizza place across the main street. The beach and waves never disappoint!
My wife researched and booked this condominium well in advance. We looked at many on the web and while there was a lot to choose from this unit fit our budget, timing, desired location and the amenities we wanted. In addition the leasing agent was quite helpful and walked us through everything. We stayed there with our son and daughter who shared the second bedroom. The condominium was exactly as presented in the photos and it truly met all of our needs (if anything the view was a bit understated in the photos). The pool outside the condo is very nice and has a bar that you swim up to. We went over the Christmas holiday and the hotel which you have access to has a significant party at New Years (there is a cost but you are welcome to join the festivities). We had views of the beach so we could see the tide and we had early morning sun each day. The condo had everything in it that we needed and was nicely appointment. The walk to the beach was only five minutes and you are right in the hub of town. Despite being in the hub once you are in the condo you have a great feeling of privacy but beautiful vista. The leasing agent (Joel), sat down with us and greeted us on arrival. He went over where to eat providing his top ten recommendations (and how to get to each one locating them on a map that he brought), and he went over where to get food and other supplies. Joel arranged all the transportation to and from the airport and stood behind everything that he said. When we needed something minor fixed Joel was on it immediately and had it taken care of while we were at the beach. There is every type of food selection that you might need in town, it is quite diverse. If you need ideas on activities, ask Joel who set us up with an amazing driver and guide. It was great to essentially have someone on site that we could talk to if there were problems but also act as a source of reference for us.
We booked the condo several months in advanced. It was everything and more than expected. The leasing agent provided amazing recommendations for food and activities for our stay. He provided staff who assisted with transportation from Liberia. The rental was beautifully appointed and in the center of Tamarindo. Beach access was seconds away. The people were amazing and the food options were international. Our agent recommended Seasons, Pangas, Patagonia, and several other amazing culinary options. If you need assistance with setting up activities the staff are there to hook you up.
All I can say is I wish this was our second home and that our agent is the best!!!
My wife and I stayed here with another couple. The property was in very good condition, had lots of space, and was centrally located in Tamarindo. The condo was walking distance to everything and we had access to the hotel facilities such as the pool and restaurant/bar.
The property manager, Joel, was also very helpful. He provided multiple recommendations for food and entertainment activities. As first-time visitors to the area, this was very helpful and much appreciated.
My wife and I would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I, my 2 sons ages 13 and 16 just stayed in this unit for 2 weeks, it was perfect. The view was amazing having coffee every morning in the balcony was the best part. The condo is top of the line, it had everything we needed for our stay. Joel recommended some great restaurants walking distance, the market is a few steps away the beach is right accross the street. You can't beat the location and the pool was lovely. We fell in love with Tamarindo, the people and the Diria condos. Can't wait to come back and visit real soon. You don't need a car everything is walking distance. My kids said this was the best vacation we've ever had. The memories created are priceless.
My wife and I and three children really enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo and the condos at Diria. Last few days all the kids could talk about was when we were coming back. Hopefully soon.
