Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.

There is a 3 seater sofa bed in blue, coffee table and wall uplighters. Entertainment is provided by a TV, video and radio/CD/cassette player, as well as CD's and videos for the use of guests. The open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven with gas hob and hood, kettle and toaster. The dining area is has a circular wood and chrome table with 4 matching chairs. This apartment is the ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this historic fishing village with the convenience of a central location. The Golden Hind replica is almost within touching distance, while the apartment is naturally ideal for local restaurants, shops and other attractions. The property is accessed from the front through a communal hallway and up to the second floor. Car parking is within the town car parks nearby.
