Goodrington beach and its attractions are a 2 minute walk, while Paignton harbour, beach and town centre, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located, are a 5 to 10 minute walk. 7 Roundham Heights is the top floor penthouse with lift access, providing a spectacular view from the living room, main bedroom, living room, conservatory and huge rooftop decking area. The apartment has a private entrance on the second floor as well as a designated parking space at the front of the property.
