Pelican Beach Villa #2, is a 3-Br/3.5-Ba newly upgraded and renovated ocean front villa. It is also the sister villa to the next door Pelican Beach Villa #1. Similarly located on miles of uninterrupted ocean front, it offers privacy and luxury in a natural and unspoilt setting. The 2,700 sq ft villa enjoys expansive ocean views from the large patio around its infinity-edge pool; the living, dining and master bedroom open up to the pool patio via double French doors. A spacious kitchen with center island, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with everything a chef might need. Cathedral ceilings, attractive travertine tiles, and the decorator furnishings further enhance the interior spaces. My husband and I can't elaborate enough about this beautiful house (villa). A lot of thought went into the design, it is exactly how someone will picture a oceanfront home in the Caribbean, with a little modern twist. To be able to have your own private beach right out front of your doors, walk for hours on the beach, or relaxing with a book soaking up the beautiful view, to us this is paradise. We met Keith, love to be call (spat) who is the care taker, he got us some fresh caught fish, unfortunately lobster was out of season, we had the best fish dinner dining at the pool side. We have travel different countries , this is one of the nicer places we visited...you would not be disappointed! our worry is we would have a hard time booking it again...definitely in the lobster season...

If you need a quite and peaceful couple of days, this is the ideal place. My family and I arrive at this beautiful Island, just a few days to relax from our busy, noisy day to day activities. The beach was just a few steps from the villa, which we enjoy the most. The listing was accurate, rental was clean, all info was pass on to us by property manager who was a darling. Recommendation all the way. See you guys next year.
