This apartment provides the perfect spot if you wish to be private, situated in one of the quietest parts of the complex. Ideal for short or long term rentals. The Aparthotel Los Geranios is in the Torviscas area of Playa De Las Americas, but close to the Fanabe area,close to the beach and new marina. The Aparthotel is a few minutes away from the resort centre, with a selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and nightlife with a shopping centre. The property has a nice swimming pool with sunbathing area, with the three Torviscas beaches within easy walking distance. Great Place for everthing.

Good points - apartments are very spacious and well located. Close to all amenities, beach only minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants. Receptionist very helpful with info on local area and buses.

Bad points - apartment was lower ground floor so had awful smell of drains for majority of time we were there although keeping plugs in and running water regularly eased this slightly. Called maintenance number who suggested flushing through with drain cleaner but to be honest this should be done in-between rentals. Could do with towels being changed mid-week without being charged. No instructions on how to use safe or where to empty rubbish bins so maybe a few more details left in the apartment would have been helpful.
Owner's Response: The drains have been seen to in the apartment by profesional trades people.
But problem may have been caused by complex problem as we have never had complaint from previous clients about apartment they have all been pleasantly surprised of the furnishings, considering the very low price they are paying for a weeks stay.
Regarding Towel change we leave that up to clients own preference, but hence again no complaints from previous clients regarding the small charge for fresh towels considering the very low cost for apartment rental.
