Ready to rent from October 2009 this brand new apartment is in the stunning new resort of Sahl Hasheesh. Great sea views and views of the golf courses the apartment has all its own facilities but with the advantage of being able to use the all inclusive facilities at the 5 star Pyramisa Hotel at an extra cost next door. They also have access (extra cost) to the private beach of the Pyramisa Hotel. Centered around a large swimming pool the apartments are part of a complex that features a cafe, bar, 24 hour reception and security. The apartments are spacious and contemporary in design and has double room, twin room, open plan dining, living area and fully equipped kitchen. Great views from the balcony as well. It is situated just 5 minutes walk from the main promenade area of this new resort which is not completely operational yet in terms of shops, bars and restaurants being open. The bay is stunning though with great diving to be done from the beach into the Red Sea.

Please note that the resort and town of Sahl Hasheesh is still developing and not all of the shops, cafes and restaurants are open and operational at the moment. This is changing each month though as things get established. Golf courses are also under construction at the moment. The town is all built as is the promenade area and the beach is fantastic!
