It is situated close to the beaches of the Costa del Sol and close to all interesting sights like Antquera, Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Gibraltar, Cadiz, Jerz de la Frontera, Ronda and all the typical white villages of Andalucia. There is a large pool, a wellness area, a riding paddock with free riding for experienced riders. The villa is recommendable for families, family meetings, birthdays, wedding anniversaries as well as for singles and couples, adventures seekers, mountain bikers, bikers or for persons who simply want to be at the pool, go to the beaches or make sightseeing around Andalucia. The rental fee is individually agreed with the owners according to the number of persons for the rental contract. The surrounding of this holiday villa is calm under 10.000 stars in the evenings, with stunning views and seaviews to Malaga and Torremolinos beaches. In the village of Casabermeja you find lots of good restaurants, bars and cafeterias also a disco for the youngsters. It is one of the famous typical white sheaded villages of Andalucia and situated close to the beaches of the Costa del Sol as well as to all the touristic sights of Andalucia. As it is almost the centre of Andalucia you can reach all interesting sights from this holiday villa in daily tours: Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba, Jaen, Antequera, Gibraltar, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, Ronda, Mijas etc. The large swimming pool has a wellness area and also stunning views into the surroundings. Great swimming pleasure also at night time with lights. If you do not want to drive to go for dinner there is a transport facility. We stayed a whole family group of 15 in this large villa for the second time now. Beautiful furnished and very spacious. Stunning views, close to all sightseeing sights of Andalucia.
With a huge pool, jacuzzi and sauna and lots of activities. We had a lovely spanish paella from a spanish cook and maid service, we had a wonderful time and can recommend this villa, cause it is very well kept, clean and confortable.
The owners are very friendly and helpful and did not interfere in our freedom. The villa is close to the typical white village of Casabermeja with lots of different typical restaurants and also very close to the wonderful beaches of Costa del Sol. You get everything what you need for a confortable holiday - You are in a villa and can also have a lots of additional services.
Owner's Response: We were also very pleased with your visit. You and your friends actually had a good celebration with excellent service at this villa. We will also for the future quote special offers for you - smaller groups as well as bigger parties of your friends. Also we liked the way you treated the horses. The dancing evening with the Karaoke was also very amazing how quick you could sing in Spanish Language. Meet, Work & Golf Holiday

We visited this luxury villa with 16 persons as a "meet and work get together". We enjoyed the spacious house with all the facilities such as PC, Laptop - Intenet Wireless lan (WIFI) so we stayed in touch with our offices abroad and could communicate through Skype and Netview. The huge rooms have large tables so we could all have lunch and dinner together. We often called a good catering service of the area and also enjoyed a spanish cook doing a lovely and typical spanish seafood paella. We can recommend this villa for private celebrations as well as business meetings - as the owner speaks spanish and english very well and helps to organize the additional services - if you want - and does not interfere in your space. The villa is close to the white village of Casabermeja not far from the beaches of the Costa del Sol arental car is recommended
You can visit all interesting sites of Andalucia and the famous Costa del Sol from the villa within daily tours. It is an ideal holiday and business meeting place all year around. We are planning the next visit in January as the temperature is very pleasant, lots of sunshine all year around and we will do a Golf Holiday. It is only 20 minutes drive to a public and very well kept Golf Club at Antequera or Malaga.

As you describe the villa is suitable for many events and celebrations and privat family meetings. Als we have a very nice wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna and the temperatures are nice and mostly sunny all year around. The special time for golfing and other adventure activities is in between October and May. The beautiful fireplaces make the evenings romantic and confortable. The summer is always nice weather for relax and swimming, as well as the sightseeing - tours to Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Cadiz, Malaga, Marbella etc. and the typical andalucian white villages. Children find a lot of activities also as well as the riding. So best regards to all of you.

I have been to this lovely villa two weeks in August 2009. We were 15 altogether and I had a bride party. Much better then in a hotel. Excellent value for money. Many activities and lots of fun. Stunning views and near all beaches of the Costa del Sol. Very recommendable for parties and all kinds of celebrations and familiy holidays, large pool etc. I will go back with friends next year.

Stunning views and near all beaches of the Costa del Sol. Perfect for young people, families, romantic stay etc...

It was very nice to have you as guests and you have shown that this property is ideal for all kinds of celebrations, also for young people(over 18 years): for birthday parties, bride or boy parties to be celebrated with lots of fun and excellent behaviour. Specially nice was to see that different ages (generations) could celebrate together. As the beaches are in a distance of only 20 minutes with good communications and transport facilities to Torremolinos and Benalmadena etc. The karaoke evening with the spanish cook and the typical spanish paella is also recommendable for everybody. You enjoyed the pool with night lights and music on some evening celebrations. The wellness area comprises jacuzzi, sauna some small fitness equipments and the beauty therapist can be called to come to the house. There is maid service available as well as a baby- or children sitter and an excellent Catering Service nearby.
