The 45 square meters (485 SqFt) apartment can comfortably accommodate two persons, and is perfect for the couple looking for a prestigious apartment in the center of the city with all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. The apartment is very quiet, and composed of a large room with an elegant bed which disappears into the wall during the day, fireplace, sofa and table. The full furnished kitchen angle and bathroom with shower are conveniently located just a couple of steps down from the main room floor. This apartment, designed by a famous Japanese architect, has been featured in numerous Interior design magazines and is furnished with every comfort (see Details) and air conditioning.

  • EXTRAS :
    * Car transfer to/from airport/stations (from 60 Euros)
    * Mobile telephone rental (5 Euros per day plus telephone bill): all calls to Italian land lines, to me and incoming calls from abroad included. You can also rent one more mobile to talk for free with the other one.
    * Broadband wireless Internet connection kit (installation and use) :
    * Up to 1 GB 30 Euros per week
    * Up to 2.5 GB: 40 Euros per week
    * Up to 5 GB: 50 Euros per week
  • A 20% deposit is payable at booking (no charges for bank transfers or postal orders, a small charge applies to payments made by cheques in Euros or credit cards). Cash in Euros at check-in for the balance payment.

    Security deposit: 200 Euros refundable at the end of the stay.

OTHERWISE : If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full. In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
