This ground floor apartment has 1 double bedroom with en-suite bath and shower room, I twin bedroon, second bath and shower room, hall and spacious south facing living room with dining area overlooking restored canal basin and park with views of the City skyline. There is a separate fully equiped kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, micro-wave, washer/dryer. The living room has cable TV, DVD and wireless broadband. The apartment has a 24 hour concierge and is monitored by CCTV and also has secure covered car parking. There is a landscaped internal courtyard.

This quiet south facing apartment alongside the beautifully restored Regents Canal Basin is 1 mlie from City and 5 minutes from Angel Underground Station and Upper Street, recognised for its quality pubs, restaurants and specialty shops. Cycling and walking routes to City and West End and along Regents Canal tow path pass the apartment. Travel to tourist London and Theatreland couldn't be much easier with a choice of frequent bus services to all destinations. St. Pancras International, Kings X and Euston mainline rail stations are 1 and 2 stops away on the Northern Line which grants access to Underground Hubs and makes arrival by train easy. For those with a car it is just outside the congestion charging zone and secure underground parking makes this a real option.
