What makes this cottage unique
Mac and Tricia sought out property on Crest. It is the last remaining property that has acreage close to the coast allowing privacy, rural feel, yet close proximity to beach and amenities. Situated on over an acre, the property is perched over a six acre parcel. Owls, Bobcats, coyotes, rabbits, hawks soar. The main house has been remodeled over the years and landscaping is drought tolerant. Prior animals included miniature donkeys, and as many as seven peacocks.
