About Cyrus Chaichian

My wife and I fell in love with Palm Desert on our first visit in 2011. We spent almost a year searching for the perfect home, before discovering this property. To us, it offers Desert living at its best. Hailing from Vancouver, Canada, we plan to spend as much time as possible golfing and playing tennis. Eventually we will move to the Desert during the winter time, but, for now, are happy to offer our place to others to enjoy throughout the year. We hope to host you soon.

Why Cyrus Chaichian chose Palm Desert

When we started looking for a place in the Desert, our daughter and her husband recommended we consider Desert Falls. The gated community is ideally located, close to everything, and has terrific clubhouse facilities. Desert Falls also boasts several tennis courts and a swimming pool with hot tub around every corner. None of that would have mattered though, if we weren't able to find a home that was so well decorated and comfortable.

What makes this condo unique

There are many things we love about 145 Desert Falls E, but one of its best features is how much light there is throughout the home. Whether you are out on the balcony enjoying the view while having breakfast or relaxing in the living room, you get the best of the Desert light.
