Location, Location Location. Super cute 3 bedroom 1 bath home in the Sierra Tract.

The cabin sits right in town and a short walk to Lake Tahoe Blvd, The Swiss Chalet Restaurant, Push Fitness club Scusa Italian Restaurant, public transportation and MANY other shops and restaurants. Additionally Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, the lake, Supermarkets are all just a short distance away.

The house sits on a large lot with lots of pine trees and plenty of off street parking. In the warmer months, outdoor seating and a gas BBQ are available for use.

The 2 story interior boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, washer/dryer, and living room. Ambience is plentiful with open wood beams throughout, light hardwood floors in the living, kitchen and bathroom areas, berber carpeting in the bedrooms and a beautiful (and functional) franklin gas stove.

The living room includes a 40' flat panel television, Satellite with HBO & Showtime, Blue-Ray DVD player with streaming capability, iPod/iPhone dock sound system with charging capabilities and VERY fast wireless broadband. Both the sofa and love seat have fold out beds and can sleep 3 comfortably.

Higher quality linens and towels are included.

The downstairs bedroom includes easy bathroom access and a full size bed. Sleeps 2 comfortably.

Upstairs bedroom 1 (the Snowflake Room) includes a full size bed + 2 twin beds (trundle style) and sleeps 4 comfortably.

Upstairs bedroom 2 (the Stripe Room) includes a balcony, full size bed + 2 twin beds (trundle style) and also sleeps 4 comfortably.

About John Bailey

Bob and Adriana Bailey met in Naples Italy in the 1960's. Bob a service member in the Navy and Adriana a native of Naples fell in love with each other, married then fell in love with the San Francisco Bay Area where they settled and raised a family.

Throughout the years, Lake Tahoe was their #1 vacation spot. The natural beauty and countless activities for both adults and children kept them coming back several times a year.

Owning a vacation home in Tahoe was a dream for years. Finally in 2000, the right house combined with the right opportunity presented itself. Remodeling and making the house a home took place over years but has resulted in the picturesque cabin in the mountains Bob and Adriana envisioned owning the first time they set foot in the Lake Tahoe basin.

What makes this cabin unique

The house embodies the natural beauty and architectural charm of Lake Tahoe. Proximity to EVERYTHING makes it an ideal spot year-round for avid skiers, sailors, every kind of nature enthusiast, those who prefer adult activities such as gambling, restaurants and bars/clubs as well as activities for the whole family from skiing, going to the beach or popping downtown for a show.

Wonderful weekend!

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for what was probably the last weekend of decent snow in the mountains. The place was conveniently located near restaurants and cafes, and the Blue Go shuttle picked up just across the street. The house was very comfortable, and could have easily accommodated more people. There was tons of bed space, although we only needed one. The owner was a pleasure to work with - very responsive and honest. We were able to book the house the day before arrival and he even refunded some of our cleaning deposit for leaving the place nice and clean! It was only 20 minutes to Sierra, which was super convenient since we have passes there. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful weekend with our grand daughter. The house was warm and comfortable. Fully stocked. Couldn't have asked for more except we could have done without the ice. Would definitely come back.
