Your home away from home is conveniently located at MP 10. There are 3 bedrooms,2 Queen beds ,2 twins beds. Fully equiped kitchen,TV, VCR,DVD players,ceiling fans, central air,charcoal grill,picnic table,porch swing,enclosed outside shower,covered parking.

Only a 5 minute walk (1.5 blocks) to the beach. A short walk to Ben Franklin,Brew Through, Walgreens,ABC store,Harris Teeter. Short drive to the Wright Brothers Memorial,Jockeys Ridge state park, Jeanette's and Nags Head Fishing Piers,minature golf,movie theater,shopping, Lost Colony, Manteo/Roanoke Island, aquarium. 75 miles to Hatteras.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Nags Head, North Carolina

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 150/nt or 1100/900 weekly
  • check or money order
  • $150 per night with 3 night minimum or $800 a week from 3-3-13 to 5-12-13
  • and 9-3-13 to 11-26-13
  • 5-26-13 - 9-1-13 $1100 per week , weekly rental is Sunday to Sunday
  • A security deposit of $100 is required along with a cleaning fee of $75
  • Security deposit will be returned after inspection of property.
  • A booking deposit of 50% is required , balance due 14 days
  • before occupancy.We accept certified Bank checks or money order only.

Our Home Away from Home

Me and my family stay at the Dillon Cottage every year and it truly is our home away from home. The owners of the house are so nice they fill like family. The Dillon Cottage is in a great location, not far from the beach and it's close to all shopping places and resturants.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
