Newly refurbished apartment by interior designer. Two bed (1 Double, 1 Twin/Double), Two Bathrooms. Fully air conditioned with additional fans in the bedrooms. Large lounge and dining area with high ceilings and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also comes with 3 Bicycles, 2 sets of golf clubs, fishing rods and own boat dock. Sandpiper Bay Club has two swimming pools and a clubhouse within the complex.
