It doesn't get any better than this...”Simply A Slice Of Heaven”... This affordable romantic and cozy bungalow is located steps from the water, ocean view patio. Imperial Beach is located at the southern end of the Silver Strand State Beach, just 8 miles south of Coronado Island. Coronado Island is the home of the beautiful and historic “Hotel Del”.

Hours can be spent watching the dolphins, surfers, and cruise ships, walking for miles on the beach or simply listening to the hypnotic sounds of the waves against the rocks while enjoying your favorite beverage. A beautiful estuary is located across from the condo and is ideal for bird watchers or just appreciating the beauty of the landscape.

Popular San Diego attractions, such as the (Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Old Town, and Seaport Village) to name a few are a short 20-minute drive north. Just a short drive to the south (less than 5 miles) is the Mexico border and the San Ysidro Outlet Mall.

Perfect location for those traveling to Tijuana for medical treatment.

About Owner/Property Manager

We are full time residents of Arizona, and are fortunate to have a place to get a little relief from the grueling Arizona heat.

Owner/Property Manager purchased this condo in 2009

We have vacationed in IB for 20 + years prior to becoming a home owner there. This is a very relaxing, low key, safe area and yet still very accessible to all the San Diego attractions.

Home @ the beach

Everything as described & more. Truley home away from home with the beach as your back yard. Being a small business owner with my wife, we really needed this get-a-way. The weather was perfect & we had all the comforts of home. Parked the car Wensday and didn't move it till Saturday. Looking forward to coming back as often as we can. Walking the beach & listening to the sounds of the surf, gave us the chance to enjoy the 3R's "Rest, Relax & Recharge."

Absolutely Breath Taking. . . .

This was a business trip for my husband and a reunion for some family. I enjoyed the location; the house is so warm and welcoming. Really was like being "home" for a week. It is very clean and well maintained. I will stay here again and have already sent the link to a few friends.

I've vacationed in this condo three years in a row now. I absolutely love it. The condo is always spic and span and the property owner has done a fantastic job making the place feel cozy. The view of the ocean from the patio is amazing and the sunset is over the ocean is beautiful. I look forward to my week on the beach every year and I can't imagine spending it at any other condo!

I must say that it felt quite relaxing and healing to look out at the ocean and hear the calmness of life. So many memories stand out in my mind. My breath was taken away by the view of the ocean and hearing the waves hitting the rocks. It was a wonderful place to stay and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to visit. Do not let this one pass you by! Thank you so much and I can not wait to stay again.
