The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each one), 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), living dining-room with SAT-TV, large kitchen with 4-flame gas stove, oven, dish washer, cooler-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, 2 terraces with garden furniture and sun beds, parking with direct access to the dwelling. Shopping facilities around the corner, at 500 m from the beach and the centre. Within 10 minutes reach by car of 8 natural beaches (all of them with blue flag), 4 golf courses, several yachting harbours and tennis courts.

This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with numerous stunning sandy beaches set within pretty sheltered coves making it an ideal area for families. The pretty local harbour town of Cala Ratjada has a good selection of shops and fine restaurants serving a variety of food to suite all tastes. This is an ideal place to relax and unwind - enjoying a drink at a cafe and watch the boats sail by. The area is easily accessible with good road links from Palma. Manacor is the nearest major town and is home of the Mallorca pearl factory. Arta is also only 15 minutes drive away and boasts some spectacular caves which are well worth a visit. This area is well known to golfers, as it benefits from 4 excellent golf courses, in addition to this the area is also popular with cyclists and walkers who enjoy the excellent views and the peace and tranquillity this truly unspoilt area of Mallorca has to offer.
