Las Casitas overlooks the turquoise Caribbean waters while recalling times past. The cool, white sand beaches in front of the condominiums are the widest in town and are groomed daily by the City of Puerto Morelos. Its hacienda architecture brims with authentic character while offering the best of modern amenities.

The condominium’s large size makes it comfortable for long term stays. It also allows guests to enjoy the very best in outdoor living! A large, covered terrace and a shared rooftop terrace allow the opportunity to truly enjoy the warm breezes and Mexican sun.

The large pool features a shallower portion for children, and the hot tub is a great place to watch the waves with a margarita in-hand. Chaise lounges provide plenty of areas for enjoying the sun. Gated entries on beach and street sides ensure privacy.

This second floor condominium features two bedrooms. The ocean view master suite boasts a walk-in closet and large master bath. The second bedroom has a direct access to the main bath for privacy and can be accommodated with 2 Twin Beds or 1 King – making this condo a great option for 2 couples or a family.

The second floor has access via stairs and elevator for convenience. The well-equipped kitchen, deluxe mattresses, and laundry ensure a comfortable stay.
