Large bright semi detached corner house with extensive ground floor entrance terrace leading to sunny rear terrace and al fresco dining area. 1 minute walk to the communal pool. The property has been personally decorated by the owner and some of her paintings add splashes of colour to the spacious rooms. Access to the property is easy with choice of on street parking or use of the drive-in if preferred. The ground floor provides a spacious lounge/dining room, double bedroom, shower room and well fitted kitchen with large outdoor terrace decorated with colourful plants and shrubs. The first floor is airy and provides access to the master bedroom with private terrace, the second bedroom with views to the ground floor terrace and a family bathroom. A glass door takes you to the small terrace and steps lead up to the rooftop terrace with views to the town and open countryside. This spacious property provides ideal holiday accommodation or a comfortable home for long term rental.

Lebrija is a small and friendly town with lovely plazas and strong flamenco link. Its beautiful Victorian indoor market with hand painted fresco, the tiled and painted buildings in the town centre and its famous church on the hill beside the Roman ruins make it a traditional Spanish town with lots to offer. Lebrija has a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants plus supermarkets, shops and banks. It is well placed as it sits between Jerez and Sanlucar and has a main line train station and new road network giving excellent access to the famous cities of Jerez, Seville and Cadiz for sightseeing tours and family days out. Sanlucar is a short car journey (20 mins approx) and offers a beautiful beach, tours of the local sherry/wine cellars and a short ferry crossing to the beach of the Doñana National Park (no entry to park from beach. Park can be entered from Huelva for tours. To the south lies Chipiona and Rota both offering excellent beaches and endless things to do.
