good deal,quiet complex

The listing was accurate regarding location. Photos were very accurate. Property was pretty clean and due to HOA improvements, under construction at the time we were there. BUT, the improvements will only add to the experience next year. Owner was very helpful and communication was easy. There were only a few items that need some TLC to make our experience an excellent one vs. the good rating I gave. Sliding door to balcony stuck and was a constant hindrance as we hung out on the balcony a lot. There were a few windows that did not have screens so opening them to get some fresh spring beach air was not the best. Since we stayed during Spring Break, bugs were not in full force. The condo was an excellent value and Jonathon was a great hands-on owner. Short walk to the beach was perfectly described and walking distance to other attractions/shopping/dining also very accurate. Perfect family place. We will definitely contact Jonathan for availability next year.
