Newly constructed, Gran Hacienda Florentina sets new standards of luxury and style. Affording breathtaking views from almost every room, it is a fully air-conditioned 6 bedroom villa complete with a fully independent 1 bedroom owners duplex apartment. On the first floor of the villa is the ultra modern fully-equipped kitchen finished off with 6cm thick polished stone tops. The large airy lounge with 6m high ceiling is entered via an elevated stone walk way thus giving the villa a real sense of space and light. Several outdoor terraces with seating, loungers and Jacuzzi each giving breathtaking views lead off of the main living areas. The master suite comes complete with private terrace, contemporary stone and marble finished bathroom, dressing room & 8-person sauna. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club designed by Severiano Ballesteros, which also boasts two driving ranges, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis, Pro-shop, restaurant, cafe and a children's play area. Additional information about rental rates

  • Our rates include complimentary use of all of the amenities within the villa. A mid-week bedding change. Toiletries in the bathrooms and both indoor and outdoor towels. Meals can be prepared by a chef as required, also daily fresh breakfasts can also be prepared if required. Daily housekeeping and laundry can also be arranged at €15 per hour.
  • At the time of the booking we take a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We also require a €1,000 fully-refundable security and damages deposit when the balance of your payment is due.

    Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before your arrival date you will just lose your deposit. Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks 50% and less than 4 weeks no refund will be made.
  • Early bird discount:
    You will get a 10% discount if your booking is made more than 365 days before your arrival.

    Long-stay discount:
    10% for your third week or part thereof on a continuous long-stay booking
    20% for your forth or subsequent weeks on a continuous long-stay booking

  • All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom is spacious and luxurious, and finished with the finest Italian marble, and chrome towel rails, and a range of soft cotton luxury bath and hand towels. Bathrooms 1,2,3 and 5 have both large showers, containing both an overhead rain shower as well as a wall shower. They also have sunken double-ended baths for a long relaxing soak. Bathroom 4, and the studio have large walk-in showers, with both rain and wall showers. Bathrooms 7 and 8 are guest toilets. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, also has a 8 person sauna.

  • All six bedrooms are large and luxurious, with air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans. They have solid-wooden furniture, and are sympathetically decorated with pictures and ornaments by Hamilton Interiors. All bedrooms have dressing tables, and comfortable seating. All of the bedrooms enjoy a private balcony/terrace. All the beds have luxury memory-foam mattresses, plus we use the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury goose-down pillows. Synthetic/hollow-fibre pillows are also available. A wonderful nights sleep is assured! Bedrooms 1,2 and 5 are suites with sofas and armchairs allowing you to work or dine in privacy within your room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are large enough to fit another single bed comfortably sleeping 3 in each. The duplex studio is sheer luxury, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining tables, living room with 4-metre high feature windows offering panoramic views, private terrace, double room on upper level and a sofa bed in living area.

LOCATION: A five minute drive away is. San Pedro, a typical Spanish town with unspoilt beach, lovely palm lined promenade with a variety of restaurants and a weekly market. For the younger ones there is Selwo Nature and Adventure Park, two Aqua Parks and a Theme Park, all close by. Ronda is a 20 minute drive with its Ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and breathtaking gorge while Gibraltar can be reached in only 45 minutes. Within 21?2 hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing at Sierra Nevada or visit Cordoba, Seville, Morocco or Granada on a comfortable day trip. Sailing, walking, horse riding, cycling and all water sports are also available close by. This location will not fail to impress even those with the most discerning tastes, please book early to avoid disappointment!

LARGE PARTIES : For larger parties please note this villa has two sister villas in the same urbanisation which can collectively accommodate up to 32 or 48 persons making it the perfect location for a wedding, corporate event or family function.

Ski: The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about two hours away, and is open from November to May. It contains over 100kms of pistes and at 3,400 metres high offers the best skiing in Spain. It is ideal to tie a few days skiing with a trip with the Alhambra Palace in Granada.

Golf: The villa is ideally situation right in the heart of Spain's golfing centre. In fact the nearest golf course is less than 5 minutes away, there are 10 within 10 minutes, and within 30 minutes there are over 30 courses.

Superb luxury private villa

I booked for my family and two other families. I wanted something very special and to give my friends a real treat, plus make sure the kids would have fun. Gran Hacienda Florentina lived up to my expectations and my friends said it was the best holiday they had ever had. The home cinema was simply awesome. It was hard to get the kids out of there. The big entertainment room was also fantastic - we had so much fun. We used the gym, the bar and the nightclub, watched some sport, played pool and darts. The kids had things to do all the time. The views from the terraces and jacuzzi (which got used every night) were also to die for. The infinity pool was also pretty spectacular. The beach was just 5 minutes away but we went only one. We were very happy with our stay here. No negatives, in fact the opposite. This is my second visit and this villa really has it all. Luxury bedrooms and bathrooms. heated pool, outstanding living areas, lots of terraces, fantastic views, real life cinema room (it is much better than my local cinema), games room, gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc. The list just goes on. Even the equipment in the kitchen was all professional quality and extensive - perfect for entertaining. Evening meals and BBQ's spent on the terraces will stay with me forever.
