Perfect luxury escape

I stayed at villa Watersedge with a group of friends, for a long weekend. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

It actually looks exactly as it appears on the photos, the terrace is totally beautiful and sleeping with the sound of the waves just a few meters away is magical.

There are plenty of places to eat and shop close to the property but if you want to visit one of the bigger, more touristy towns with more nightlife etc, it is so easy to get a taxi - Josette, the lovely owner, gave us a number for a local driver with a mini bus. Prices were very reasonable. I wouldn't bother hiring a car as the villa is only 10 minutes or so from the airport.

The Lido just down the road is a cute, cheap restaurant where you eat on the seafront.

We really loved the all day Gozo and Blue Lagoon cruise, I highly recommend it. A fab day out , great food and incredible views. Bring a sun hat!

I would recommend the villa to anyone. It surpassed all expectations and really had the wow factor at an incredibly reasonable price.

Can't wait to find another opportunity to visit!
