Our beach house has been in our family for 40 years, and 3 generations share great memories and deep affection for it. With the grandparents retiring to Florida, the rest of us are working to keep the home in the family. We are excited to welcome you into this wonderful house, to build your own happy memories.
Jacki Lappen and Karl Eberth purchased this house in 1972
If you love Cape Cod but hate the traffic, Nantasket Beach in Hull is the place for you ... and our home is on the loveliest section of the beach! The beach is long and wide, with silky sand and lots of bird life. And the town is small and friendly with both full-service shops and activities for visitors.
Our house was completely renovated in 2008, and everything in it is brand new.
We had a wonderful time at your beach house in Hull, MA! The house is beautifully set up and your management team, Matt and Eric were very helpful with the information they provided us about the house and surroundings. All the details that make a stay problem-free have been carefully addressed. Matt was very available for any questions and he and Eric were especially considerate with the storm over the weekend, removing the porch furniture all in good time before the high winds.
We loved being at your house for the storm, watching the ocean while we were warm and comfortable inside. It was quite spectacular! On the sunny days, being able to simply go across the street and take walks on the beach was great. My daughter-in-law found it very easy in your house with her 7 month old as did we one day while caring for her. The layout makes it very easy to have private space but also accommodating for a group to get together to visit. I can see that in the summer it would be a wonderful place to stay for an extended family who would like time at the beach and also want to be near to Boston.
Thank you very much for all the thought given to making your beach house so comfortable. We had a really lovely visit with East Coast family and we all hope to be back again another time.
Best wishes from all of us,

What a wonderful house and location! The house is open and bright, well equipped, clean and well maintained. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. We had 3 generations of our family here and we all had a great time! It is amazing to sit in the living area or on the verandah and watch the ocean with the waves coming in. The house is right across from a lovely beach and close to stores and restaurants. The ferry can be taken right into Boston, a relaxing and quick way into the city. The owner is friendly and helpful.
This beachfront home is absolutely the best place our family has ever stayed in! We played, read, and took long walks on lovely Nantasket Beach right outside our doorstep. We talked, ate, and relaxed on front decks with the most incredible ocean views and breezes. Inside, the glass-fronted rooms made us feel like we were still outside. The house is modern, spotless, and furnished in the loveliest way. We vacationed during the off-season, which is a quiet and magical time here. We parked our car in the driveway and walked to locally owned shops and eateries. The owners were kind and supportive. This is not your typical generic rental place; it is a well-cared-for home that we feel lucky to have found.
The experience will last a lifetime. Living in a modern, beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Dramatic changes to the Ocean and Sky during the winter weeks of our stay. Wonderful walks and runs along the Ocean. Yet, still close enough to Boston via boat or train.
My family (2 daughters and husbands and 2 small grandsons) spent a week here. Location is excellent-right across from beach. House is modern and clean and very well equipped. We were comfortable and enjoyed watching sunsets and rainbows from the porch. The restaraunts are good. Seafood is available everywhere. Wish we could have stayed longer! There is a ferry right into Boston for sighseeing. We plan to go back next summer!
...can't wait to go back. Our family- husband; daughter and finance, and son spent 10 days relaxing (and eating some of the best sea food ever) over Labor Day. What's a vacation without gaining 5 ilbs?! The house could have easily accomodated 4 or 5 more people. The house was immaculate, the furnishings inviting you to spend the day with a good book - I think the sofa was the most popular place other than the porch to congregate- and the sunsets were breath taking.
Booking the rental was like meeting a new friend that you felt like you had known all your life. Places to eat, things to do and a church to attend were all readily offered by the owners.
I think this is a newer rental and I would guess that it will be hard to book in the future because of its popularity. We're already booking for next year.
