Accommodations: Studio Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (sleeps 2), BEAUTlFUL !

You will love sitting on the front balcony, which is perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of your busy day. This unit is on the ground floor with free parking in the back. Just around the corner from your condo is a common area including a large deck overlooking Main Street and a relaxing Gazebo sitting area. The deck is furnished with tables, umbrellas, and chairs and the gazebo is an excellent place to gather with friends. Additionally, there is a large bar with bar height chairs and umbrellas across the front of the deck making this the perfect place to watch the world go by.

There are excellent restaurants all around the condo...Casa Colina is located across the street, with Local Flavor, Pied Piper, Devito's, New Delhi, and Grand Taverne all within walking distance.

Eureka Spring is known for Live Music! Never need to worry about parking--- the night life is just steps away. Some of the upscale eating places would be Voulez-Vous Lounge , Squid & Whale, and Chelsea's. Some of the more casual bars are Jack's and Henrie's, The Firehouse, and New Delhi is an excellent choice for live music.

If you are looking for a very nice place to stay with with all the comforts of home this is the place for you. It is totally remodeled and the 'LOCATION AND PRICE' can not be beat.

We use a key box for our units, so late arrivals are not an issue. The key box is located on the door. Bedding, towels, hair dryer, and wonderful accouterments are provided.

About Glenna Scott

We are from Oklahoma City, OK. Our friend call us G.G. and Mr. 'T'. We love to travel and we love people. The first weekend we visited Eureka we stayed at Bella Paradiso and feel in love with it. We made so many new and wonderful friends that weekend that we came back in a couple of weeks. We decided that we had to have one of these condos for our retirement (which will be in a couple of years) so we purchased condo# 3, ground level. At that time there was only condo # 2 left, which was next door to ours. We came back in a couple of weeks and it was still for sale. We decided to just purchase it and rent it out. It is a great location (the best) and in Real Estate that is the key. LOCATION-LOCATION!

So we invite you to come be our guest and enjoy our lovey condo. If you have another couple that you travel with we do rent our personal condo (Condo #3). I promise you that you will love it and want to come back each time you plan a visit to Eureka Springs.

Walk to the heart of downtown from our studio condo in the exclusive Bella Paradiso Condominium complex, (which we refer as 'Camp Eureka'). Our condo features a plush queen bed, elegant decor, comfortable sitting area, TV, VCR, CD Player, docking station for ipod, Mini fridge, Microwave, Coffee maker, with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, bottled water and snacks. While you enjoying your tea, or coffee, cuddle up in our soft robs, and warm house shoes. After you have had a bubble bath, enjoying all our soaps, gels, shampoos, conditioners, and lotions. Enjoyed our stay at this little condo in Eureka. Nice walk into downtown with sidewalks. It was nice to find the hot cocoa as it was unseasonably cool and I am not a coffee drinker. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom is very "cozy" but served it's purpose. Excellent value.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful relaxing week. It was cold and rainy, however we had the best time.

Because it was cold and rainy we stayed in our lovely room. We watch T.V., read, and sipped on our coffee and tea. The room was so lovely, we enjoyed the warn robs and house shoes. I think it was one of the most relaxing trips we have taken in a long time. Thanks you GG for making our trip so complete.

Fantastic Condo. Fantastic Price.

My partner and I could not have had a better experience. Mrs. GG made special arrangements so that we could book the place on fairly short notice. It is right on the main strip in downtown Eureka- walking distance to shops and clubs. The condo itself was extremely clean and well stocked with everything from snacks to toiletries and entertainment. For the price, you absolutely could not find anything better.

Wonderful Mother/Daughter Getaway

My mother and I rented this condo for a girls weekend and it was excellent!!! It is decorated tasteful and smelled wonderful upon our arrival. It was stocked with many thoughtful extras from drinks in the fridge, snacks, hot chocolates, and many other extras! It was a perfect, relaxing and refreshing weekend!

buyer beware

First of all this is not a one bedroom it is a studio. Second, this is not a condo it is a hotel room, and not a very nice one at that. Complex is a little shady (and I don't mean wooded); the unit was dirty (exploded cola in a tiny refrigerator); no wifi. Take my advice, Keep looking.

I am very sorry for your disappointing stay with us. We strive very hard to make our guest very happy. I am very proud to say, until now I have accomplished my goal 100%. At this point I do not believe that anything I do or say will make you a happy person. With that being said, I am more than happy to refund your money ! The last thing I want is a unhappy customer. Our web site states that we do not have WIFI, or an Ice Maker on property. I am at a lost as how to reply to the place being Dirty and Shady ("and I don't mean woody"). You did not give me a example of that.
The house keeper had defrosted the refrigerator, and turned the control too high. It was fully stocked with water, soda's and juice. (at "NO" cost to you or any of my other guest.)! I know that was a mess. I am very sorry for the huge mess. However, all you had to do was give me a call and I would have sent the housekeeper to clean the mess up. GG Scott, Owner
