Layne F Huttenberger purchased this house in 2002
We rented this home for our daughter's wedding, everything was beautiful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We also hosted the rehearsal dinner which was catered in, everyone as well as the catering staff told us what a nice house we had, of course we said it was a rental!! In the Annapolis area there are lots of homes to rent, this one is special. The location is great not far from Rte. 50 and downtown Annapolis.
This home met our expectations and then some. Perfect location and close proximity to USNA , Memorial Stadium and downtown Annapolis. We had a large group and hosted several dinners at the home. Kitchen was perfect with the 2 ovens and gas stove top. Counter space was great for buffet style serving. Having the extra refrigerators was a big help. Master suite accommodated our girls/young women and the basement was the boys den - lots of space for all to do their own activities. Having all of the extra bathrooms was another bonus. Over all, excellent home and location. I would highly recommend it to others. Only downside -- stairs are steep and there is no bedroom on the ground floor. Well maintained home.
This house is very beautiful, and perfect for families or groups. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.
Recently Myself and friends went to Annapolis for a wedding. The house comfortably slept 4 couples and one single guy. Beautiful house with a great back yard and a great open kitchen. Enough bathrooms to have everybody able to get ready at the same time. I have nothing bad to say about the house it was more than what we expected. Would love to plan another vacation there again in the future.
My family and I traveled with three other families from Georgia and really appreciated the use of a beautiful home. The accommodations were outstanding. The owner was very helpful, answering questions before and during our stay. And a complete list of helpful hints were provided. The location was ideal and easy accessible to the metropolitan area. We highly recommend it to all our friends!
The home, the location, the arrangements and the "customer service" by the owners were outstanding, every bit matching the description of the property and a wonderful setting for our family Thanksgiving visit. The home is spacious, flooded with natural light, delightfully decorated and easy to use. We could not have been more pleased and undoubtedly will return if we make another visit to beautiful Annapolis. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great site for a family gathering.
