Located just 3 miles from Disney's main gate, this beautiful new house is in the top scale Indian Creek community of Kissimmee. This community is loved by Disney World guests as vacation homes, also within a short driving distance from other attractions like Sea World, Universal Orlando, Discovery Cove, Wet'd Wild, night theatres, etc. A shopping area with a 24hr grocery store, around a dozen of restaurants, and other shops is right at the corner on your way home from Disney.

Tastefully decorated rooms with new linens: two master suites with king-size beds, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and two bedrooms each with two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Baby Crib is available. This villa can be combined with another villa (listing#:341429) right across the street to have 10 bedrooms that can sleeps 24!

Free wireless high speed internet service with your laptop. Free phone calling US and Canada national wide. Free cable. Enjoy the game room with pool table and air hockey table. There is a 42' flat screen TV and a DVD/VCR player in the living room. There are also 5 additional TVs in all of the bedrooms, GameCube console, two VCRs, and a collection of books, video tapes and DVDs, alarm clocks.

The house was found as described. The location is perfect, very convienent to all things Disney. The owner was very accomodating to the numerous questions and inquiries that I had.
