Within the villa, the front lounge has comfortable seating for five and is adjacent to the dining area, which seats eight people. The spacious and airy kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and is adjacent to the breakfast area and relaxing pool-side lounge. Here are two large comfy sofas (one being a double sofa bed), a large 32' HD LCD cable TV, a DVD player, a PS2 and Pool table. House wide high speed internet access with WiFi. All three bedrooms are upstairs and the master suite, with king size bed and cable TV, has a large en-suite which includes a bath, toilet, separate shower cubicle, his and hers wash basins and a large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is en-suite to a shared bathroom and has a queen size bed, a fitted double wardrobe and cable TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, a fitted double wardrobe and is en-suite to a shared bathroom. Outside,the large private pool (heated) has plenty of sunbathing/dining space, sun beds plus table and chairs.
The local estate and facilities: This luxury home is set in a very quiet residential neighbourhood and within easy reach of all the Disney theme and water parks, Universal, Sea World and Aquatica, the New Legoland, Wet & Wild etc. The Buena Vista Shopping Mall is about a 5 minutes drive from the villa and a further 10 minutes will get you to the Premium Outlets Mall which really is worth a visit! Further retail therapy can be found at the extensive Florida Mall and Millenium Mall, both of which are also easily accessible. Tennis enthusiasts can use the nearby community court (walking distance) and there are numerous golf courses just a short distance away. Cocoa beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are about an hour to the east whilst the Gulf Coast and its resorts are under 2 hours to the west. There are numerous bars and restaurants around highway 192 which is just a few minutes away by car. If and when all this fun and activity has worn you out just return to the air conditioned luxury of our villa and enjoy a relaxing drink by the pool

Our rental rates include sales tax, etc. : The rates quoted are inclusive of all local and state sales taxes applicable at the time of booking. Payment can be by check, credit card or PayPal.
Pool heat is included between October and March.

Stays for 5 nights or less have an additional cleaning charge of $75.
Discounts are given to stays of 21 nights or more.
