La Source is our last restoration in the village. A nice mix of both other houses. The comfort is similar to the famous 'Hôtel de Charme'. ' A soul, an atmosphere, an art of living ' The villa is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Saint Amand de Coly.Well located, very close to the Lascaux caves and a few kilometres away from Sarlat la Canéda, Montignac, Beynac and Castelnaud. The house has been entirely renovated by a well-known architect in the pure traditional art. Saint Amand de Coly has been recently listed as one of the most beautiful French village. Wonderful view on a private land (3.2 acres) on a wooded valley. Those who like old stones will love the house that combines comfort and authenticity. Everything was made for you to be at ease; rooms are spacious and luminous. This house is perfect to relax during your holidays. Outside, the wooden and stoned terraces suggest you to gaze at the view and to refresh yourself in the heated pool to a temperature of about 25/26°C (79°F).

Married with 3 children we spent our time between Dordogne and Paris where we live.

We fell in love with old stones and particularly the village of Saint Amand de Coly. We decided to restore the houses for ourself and took a well known architect of Sarlat. Florence is very talented for decoration and this help a lot to feel rapidly like at home.
